Our operations department is responsible for managing, scheduling, and dispatching our Technology Engineers. If you need service, chances are you will be talking with someone in our operations department.

		Kathy McGuire, Operations Supervisor 503-513-9152 KathyM@mtrx.com Kathy has been with Matrix Networks since 1998 managing our operations department, and handling all purchasing. Kathy wears many hats at Matrix Networks and has her fingers in many projects. For fun Kathy enjoys cooking and relaxing at home.
		Bobbie Miller, Customer Advocate / Operations Dispatcher 503-513-9110 Service@mtrx.com Bobbie has worked for Matrix Networks since 2005. She is the primary dispatcher for our Technology Engineers, scheduling installations, service calls, and adds, moves or changes. Mother hen is a great way to describe her. You’ll find her on the back of her Harley on many sunny weekends.
		Bonnie McNeil, Accounting / HR Supervisor 503-513-9113 BonnieM@mtrx.com Bonnie has worked at Matrix Networks since 2006. She handles our Accounting and Human Resource responsibilities. Bonnie has years of experience in this field and is dedicated to the success of Matrix Networks. For fun, Bonnie enjoys playing cards and completing brain teaser games.
		Eric Schwarzkopf, Warehouse / Facility Coordinator 503-513-9164 EricS@mtrx.com Eric has been with Matrix Networks since 2001 managing our warehouse, and handling all shipping. Eric is very detailed orientated when it comes to inventory and products. Being a War Veteran Eric is involved in his local Veterans’ of foreign Wars association.
