Project Managers

 

Matrix Networks has Project Managers to assist with installations across our all product offerings. Our Project Managers serve as the go-to person during the installation process:

• Helping you determine how to have your equipment programmed.
• Coordinating the details of the installation.
• Training your staff on the new equipment.
• Providing you with documentation for your records.

The Project Managers are also available after the install to answer any questions, provide follow up training, and open service orders should you need any changes made.

		Joy Ness, Project Manager 503-513-9175 JoyN@mtrx.com Joy has been with Matrix Networks since 1994. She has worked with all of our current phone and voicemail systems. She is also the "voice" of our in-house voice mail system.
		Carol Johnson, Project Manager 503-513-9109 CarolJ@mtrx.com Carol has been with Matrix Networks since 2002. Carol has had extensive experience with the Mitel, Toshiba and Shoretel phone systems. With many certifications under her belt she can take any project and complete it with high success. Carol enjoys reading and spending time with her daughters.
		Kimberly Ness, Project Manager 503-513-9179 KimberlyN@mtrx.com Kimberly has been with Matrix Networks since 2006. Kimberly works with our Toshiba and Shoretel systems. She is known for rolling up her sleeves and digging into all of the projects she manages. Kimberly loves working on house projects and taking her standard poodle to the dog park.
