Callware Voice Mail:

When you update the computer clock for the voicemail server, it will update Voice mail. Most Windows operating systems will automatically update for Daylight/Standard time changes.


Mitel 200ICP or 3300 Voicemail System:

How do I change the date and time in the Voicemail System? (This is not the same as the date and time in the display of your phone.)

  1. Call into voicemail from any phone (dial 8)
  2. Log into the Administrator’s Box (*999)
  3. Enter the Passcode  (7734)
  4. Press 3 to Change business hours or set the date and time.
  5. Press 1 to Set the Date and Time
  6. Enter the current month, day and year (MM/DD/YY)
  7. Enter the current time in 24 hour format (2:30pm would be entered as 14:30)


Attendant Console Mitel SX-50

To Change the date and time at the console:
Time:

  • Function
  • Dial 14
  • Enter time in 24 hour format (i.e. 4:30 p.m. = 16:30)
Date:
  • Function
  • dial 80
  • Enter date: DD-MM-YY

Mitel SX100/SX200 Console

To Change the date at the console:

  • Dial *15
  • Dial the digit(s) for the month
  • Dial the 2-digit day
  • Dial the 2-digit year
  • Press release

To Change the time at the console:

  • Dial *5
  • Dial hour(s)
  • Dial minutes (2-digit)
  • Dial * for pm
  • Press the release key

Mitel SX200 Sub Attendant

NOTE:  The following features can be programmed at any Mitel Superset 4150 that has been set up as a Sub attendant by your Matrix Communications technician.  If you attempt to access these features from a Superset 4150 and they do not appear in your soft key options, then the Superset 4150 has not been programmed as a Sub attendant.

TO SET TIME AND DATE

To set the TIME:
1.  Press SUPERKEY.
2.  Press the MORE softkey three times.
3.  Press the TIME softkey.
4.  Enter the time in the indicated format.
5.  Press the AM or PM softkeys
6.  Press the SAVE softkey.

To set the DATE:

  • Press SUPERKEY.
  • Press the MORE softkey three times.
  • Press the DATE softkey.
  • Enter the date in the indicated format.
  • Press the SAVE softkey.

Mitel SX-200 Superconsole 1000

To Change the Date and Time at the console:
To view the date:

  • Press Function.
  • Press Att Function.
  • Press Date or Time.
    • To set a date, press Set Date and enter the date (DDMMYY).
    • To set a time, press Set Time and enter the time in 12 or 24 hour format (press PM if required for 12 hour format).
  • Press Set.
  • Press Exit.

Superconsole 1000 Mitel SX-2000

TO CHANGE THE DATE AND TIME ON THE PHONE SYSTEM (from the Console)

Time:

  • Press Function
  • Press Att Function
  • Press Date/Time
  • Press 12/24 hr
  • Press Set Time
  • Enter 4 digit time (followed by AM or PM key)
  • Press Set
  • Press Exit

Date:

  • Press Function
  • Press Att Function
  • Press Date/Time
  • Press Set Date
  • Enter current date: year/month/day
  • Press Set
  • Press Exit

HOW TO CHANGE THE TIME
Program at station 100 only, Do not lift the Handset.

  1. Press ON/OFF key
  2. Press PROG key
  3. Dial ## (Program Mode appears on the first line of the display)
  4. Press the FF1 Key  (This is the button that is labeled Line 1 on your phone)
  5. Dial 1# 
  6. Dial 2# 
  7. Enter HHMM# (Using a 24 hour clock)
  8. Press ON/OFF key

Activevoice Repartee Voice Mail

To Sign-in:  Press F2
                     Enter ID Number: 8 plus your mailbox number
                     Enter your Password: Your personal security code

TO CHANGE DATE AND TIME
  • Go to page 4 of the Easy Made Application
  • At the top of the page, change the existing date and time
  • Look at the bottom of the page under Daylight Savings to update the days that your voicemail will change automatically.
To Sign-out:   Press Esc
                       Press Y for yes


OCTEL SMOOTH OPERATOR VOICEMAIL

Login:  Click on FILE
            Click on PASSWORD
            Enter password: 12345
            This will give you Level 2 clearance.

Change Date and Time:
Go to Display...highlight Command Line...type in time 1020(military time) or date 041097 and enter.

Log Off:
Log off under FILE when finished (do not Exit)


Toshiba CTX Phone System

TIME & DATE CHANGE

To Change TIME:

  • Press INTERCOM button
  • Dial #652
  • Enter time in Military format (HHMMSS)
  • Press #.

To Change DATE:

  • Press INTERCOM button
  • Dial #651
  • Enter date (YYMMDD)
  • Press #.

HOW TO CHANGE THE DATE AND TIME:
Must be programmed at station 10...Leave the handset in the cradle
Date:

  • Dial Intercom 651
  • Enter the Date (YYMMDD) You will hear a confirmation tone.
  • Press the Redial button
  • Press the Spkr button

Time:

  • Dial Intercom 652
  • Enter the Time (HHMMSS in a 24-hr. Format)   You will hear a confirmation tone.
  • Press the Redial button
  • Press the Spkr button

Day:

  • Dial Intercom 653
  • Enter the Day (1-7, 1=Sunday) You will hear a confirmation tone.
  • Press the Redial button
  • Press the Spkr button

Toshbia Perception Console

TO CHANGE DATE AND TIME:
Press the DIS TOD  button
Enter the 7-digit date on the keypad (MMDDYYD…D=Day 1-7/Sunday-Saturday)
Press the DIS TOD  button again
Enter the time in a 6-digit time in a 24-hour format.  (HHMMSS)
Press the DIS TOD  button a third time.

TO CHANGE THE DATE AND TIME:    Must be programmed from station 10...Leave the handset in the cradle while programming.

Toshiba Stratagy, Flash, IVp8, iES Voice Mail

Stratagy has a special User ID mailbox known as the System Administrator mailbox.  It is User ID 999, and you access it through the telephone just as you would any other mailbox.

In addition to the normal mailbox options offered with other Stratagy mailboxes, the System Administrator Main Menu includes a System Administration option (8).

To access System Administration options from the Main Menu, simply press 8 after logging into mailbox 999

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATIVE MENU

  • Dial the voicemail pilot number (usually 8)
  • When Stratagy answers, press # then * then 999.
  • Enter the System Administrator User ID security code.  The default is 999+997#.
  • From the Main Menu, press 8 to access System Administration functions
6 Set Date and Time  
  1 Sets the Date (Enter in MM/DD/YY format and press # when finished)  
      1 Confirms entry  
      2 Erases entry and enables you to re-enter the date  
      9 Cancels function and returns you to the previous menu  
  2 Sets the time (Enter in HH:MM format and press # when finished)  
      1 Confirms entry  
      2 Erases entry and enables you to re-enter the date
